NO way am I going to install Phoenix 360 and have the same problems all over again. Two tries later and I now had System Mechanic Professional running with the correct time remaining. I ended up having to go through a thorough procedure to rid my computer of both System Mechanic Professional and Phoenix 360. I was provided with a new keycode, that again didn't work. BAD MOVE! That was when I found out that Phoenix 360 had overridden my previous SMP license. As I still like System Mechanic Pro, I took them up on the offer. I was recently sent another offer to extend my license by a year.
BAD MOVE! Iolo took forever to deny me what I paid for, then in March sold me a 1 year license of Phoenix 360 that drowned out my System Mechanic Pro license, reducing my license by 2 years. I took them up on their offer to upgrade me to Phoenix 360.
System Mechanic Professional worked great prior to the end of last year.
